At Linkyto, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible while shortening your links and building your bio pages. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we strive to be as fair as possible regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy

Because Linkyto provides digital services (immediate access to premium features, URL analytics, and custom bio pages), we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a subscription period has begun. However, we do offer specific windows for first-time users.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer different terms based on your billing cycle:

Monthly PlansRefundable if requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase. Renewals are generally non-refundable.
Annual PlansRefundable if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Add-on ServicesCustom domains or one-time premium templates are non-refundable once activated.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within the timeframes listed above.

  • The account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using Linkyto for spam, phishing, or illegal content).

  • You must be a first-time subscriber to that specific plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send a message to support@linkyto.com (or your specific support email).

  2. Subject Line: Include "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]".

  3. Details: Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund. This feedback helps us improve the platform for everyone.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Refund: Ends your access to premium features immediately and returns your payment (subject to the terms above).
